Jonathan Wolf
Jonathan Wolf helped create LimmudChicago and served as co-chair of the liaison committee between CAJE and Limmud International. He is the founder of the website BlueJew.com (currently under construction) and co-chaired Orthodox Jews for Obama in 2008 and 2012. He has been a leader and initiator of numerous activist Jewish organizations, including the Community Action Dept. of Lincoln Square Synagogue in NYC; JCUA's Nishma conferences in Chicago; Orthodox-Feminist Partnership minyanim; Associates of AJWS; Jewish Vegetarians; NACOEJ; Beyond Shelter Coalition; and L'OLAM, the Jewish Environmental Network.

As the political season heats up, we will contrast the policies and outlooks of the president and his GOP opponents. Which of them better reflects Jewish needs, concerns, and values? Who is more pro-Israel (and anti-Iran)? Jonathan is an advocate for Obama, but in proper Limmud fashion, there will be full opportunities for every viewpoint to be aired and all sides to be well represented, with evidence and analyses and detailed data.
