A third-year teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, Brian Cohen is an active community member, both secular and Jewish. He wants to shape the school system in the city to be one of the best in the country. He lived in Moishe House Philadelphia for two years, became co-chair of LimmudPhilly in 2011, and has continued in that role in 2012. Brian is an avid reader, thinker, and blogger and loves milkshakes and sweater vests.

Before 1987, there was a "Gentleman's Agreement" that no building stand higher than City Hall. Since then, skyscrapers have proliferated, joining the historic buildings below. Walk with us as we explore the unique landscape of Philadelphia and discuss its controversial story.
