Jeffrey Dekro is President of the Isaiah Fund which makes loans for low-income housing and community development in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast . He founded and ran The Shefa Fund for 18 years and, in 2006, initiated a merger with the Jewish Fund for Justice. Jeffrey has an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Hasidism and Kabbalah. He co-wrote Jews, Money & Social Responsibility.
