This is not a typical Tot Shabbat! 92Y Boker Tov Shababa with Karina is an intergenerational Shabbat experience where everyone shares in the joy of celebrating Shabbat through prayers, songs, and guitar. Come and be moved by the unique energy that occurs only when families connect to each other through Shabbat. We welcome families with children 0–8 years old.

Junior Shabbat

This service is designed for children ages 8-10 and their families. Children will actively engage in the Shabbat experience through prayer, songs, and activities that will get the whole family involved!

Ritual, Prayer & Spirituality, Shabbat

This traditional minyan (prayer group) will provide an inspiring prayer service with traditional liturgy. Men will lead services, and women and men will pray together in a traditional and spirited environment. Note: No amplification or musical instruments will be used in this service. Seating will be separate by gender.

Movement, Ritual, Prayer & Spirituality

Give yourself the gift of a session dedicated to melting into your heart and the depths of your nefesh (soul), with this Restorative Yoga class. We activate our bodies as receptive vessels through chanting, mudras (sanskrit for hand gestures), meditation and visualization. The gentle physical partner exercises taught in our classes provide a tremendous internal workout and serve as a powerful means to elevating your sacred self and your perfect human, Jewish spirit. No partner or yoga experience required. You are welcome to come to any or all of the yoga sessions.

This service is geared towards kids ages 5-7. Children will be encouraged to participate in the service and activities through song, prayer, and family-fun!

Tot Shabbat

Shabbat Services for children ages 0-5. Join us for a creative, fun-filled, song-filled Family service that will get the whole family involved! This service does not have instruments.
