Drum Circle for Children

Shoshana Jedwab

Arts & Performance, Children & Families, Interactive

Our hearts beat in time while our cells open and shut in synchronous rhythm and motion. Drumming in a group reveals the miracle of the life force in our bodies. Join in the miracle as we entrain together in spontaneous rhythm making. We will have a lot of fun being helplessly connected to one another as the beat goes round and around. This is a great nonverbal, interactive activity that helps us connect with others and with the power of music planted inside us all. This session is open to the whole family!
