Shir Yaakov Feinstein-Feit — singer, composer, designer, producer, teacher — weaves a tapestry of Kabbalistic wisdom, contemporary songwriting, and deep personal spirituality. He has released over 100 original songs as a solo recording artist and as half of the world-hop duo Darshan. He designs for web and print at eights.org and serves as Musical Director of NYC's Renewal congregation Romemu.
Academy for Jewish Religion
Jill Hammer, PhD and rabbi, is the Director of Spiritual Education at the Academy for Jewish Religion, a pluralistic seminary. She is co-founder of the Kohenet Institute, a program in Jewish women's spiritual leadership, and of Tel Shemesh, an earth-based Jewish resource. She is the author of "The Jewish Book of Days: A Companion for all Seasons", and "Sisters at Sinai: New Tales of Biblical Women."
David Ingber is a rabbi, explorer, and integrator. His experience spans from training in the Orthodox world to Renewal Judaism, from teaching pilates and gyrotonics to meditating under the guidance of great Zen teachers, from tai chi and yoga to astrology, from great Jewish mystics to western philosophy. He recently founded Romemu in NYC.
Shoshana Jedwab is a percussionist, and award-winning Jewish educator. She drums for Kirtan Rabbi, Romemu, Chana Rothman, Storahtelling, Kohenet, shamans, synagogues, healing circles, and Hebrew Schools. Shoshana is a teacher at the Holy Drummers Institute and serves as the A.J. Heschel MS Jewish Studies Coordinator. Shoshana facilitates the drum circle at the JCC in Manhattan.
Eden "Eprhyme" Pearlstein is a Brooklyn-based Hip Hop Artist, Author and All Around Good Guy. Active in both the Jewish and Secular arts/music world, he collaborates closely with creative organizations such as Shemspeed, The Iyyun Center and K Records. He is 1/2 of Darshan- the musical midrash project that combines the soaring Songwriting of Shir Yaakov and Eprhyme's deep and probing raps.
