What Makes This Machzor Different?
"Machzor Eit Ratzon"

Joseph Rosenstein

Ritual, Prayer & Spirituality

This sessions presents an overview of the presenter's recently published "Machzor Eit Ratzon," a traditional yet nonconventional prayerbook for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, designed for those seeking spirituality and meaning in prayer and for those who experience the usual machzor as an obstacle to prayer. "Machzor Eit Ratzon," like the previously published "Siddur Eit Ratzon," features new translations and commentaries, new prayers and meditations, and a complete transliteration of the Hebrew text. (See www.newsiddur.org).
