Challah Baking: Technique and Practice
How-To
Participants will make Maggie Glezer's Chernowitzer Challah recipe from scratch. Participants will then learn various braiding techniques. Loaves will be egg-washed and baked about two hours later, and participants can pick up their loaves any time before shabbat dinner. Each participant will have one loaf, and the class size must be limited to 30 people.
