Michael Weis

Mike Weis is a cantorial student at Jewish Theological Seminary and has been blowing shofar and playing trumpet for almost 35 years. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he attended Stanford University and lived in Los Angeles prior to moving to Manhattan in 2004. He is currently the cantor at the Highland Park Conservative Temple in Highland Park, NJ, and lives in Brooklyn Heights, NY with his new bride, Limmud NY's Vice Chair, Lisa Tannenbaum Weis.
