Confronting the “Isms” Inside Us
Identity and Responsibility
This session encourages individuals to challenge bias, prejudice, and forms of discrimination that operate in our daily lives. Learning begins with hands-on participation in a series of interactive exercises designed to elicit and deconstruct the dynamics of racism within each of us. The activity is followed by a facilitated exploration and critical analysis of the experiential process.
