Every choice we make, from the time we get up in the morning until we go to sleep at night, is a life-giving or life-denying choice, feeding either the Yetzer Tov (good inclination) or Yetzer Hara (evil inclination). Life-giving choices are those that honor our authenticity, tell our truth, connect us to our individual purpose, inspire our passions and help us find compassion and forgiveness.
