Take three deep breaths, light a couple of candles and take a few moments to meditate on your personal blessings, prayers and intentions. We will use the light of candles and blessings to sanctify time and space as we transition from the action-filled race of the work week to a peaceful and abundant state of being that we call Shabbat.
