Amy is excited to attend her second Limmud Colorado. She has been with the Anti-Defamation League for seven years, serving as Director of ADL's Boulder, CO Office since 2007. Amy is Immediate past-Chair of the Boulder Human Relations Commission and serves as co-Chair of Boulder's Congregation Bonai Shalom's Hesed Initiative. Singing at seudah shlishit was her favorite childhood Shabbat activity.

One of the many special traditions of Shabbat is Seudah Shlishit, the third meal. The Talmud explains that we should eat three meals (Friday night dinner, Shabbat lunch, and Seudah Shlishit) to honor Shabbat. Let's enjoy these last moments of Shabbat together, and, after your nosh, join a table of fellow attendees and sing some of the traditional afternoon songs.
