Brian Field was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Since being ordained by the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College in 1994, he has worked as a hospital chaplain and served congregations in Chatham, NJ and Madison, WI. Brian came to Denver in 2004 to work for Judaism Your Way, an independent Jewish outreach non-profit.

How would I characterize myself as a loving friend? How does one’s relationship with God affect the ability to love? Ayeka facilitates a profound and genuine exploration of our inner lives towards becoming a more loving, patient, giving human being. Everyone in their own path; everyone at their own pace. The session has three elements: Jewish texts, a guided writing exercise, and spiritual chevruta questions to help personalize the ideas.
