Born in Buenos Aires, Hazzan Dr. Ramón Tasat sings in Hebrew and Ladino. He has performed at Limmud UK, the Kennedy Center; the Israeli Embassy; the Berkeley Jewish Music Festival; France; Italy; Finland; Spain; and the Piccolo Spoleto Festival. Ramón is the Hazzan of Shirat HaNefesh in Chevy Chase, MD. He is the president of Shalshelet: The Foundation for New Jewish Liturgical Music.

This service will convene for Shacharit and will reconvene for Mussaf after the StorahTelling Torah reading.
