Rabbi Ben Newman serves as co-rabbi of Congregation Har Shalom in Fort Collins, Colorado. He received a B.A. from Skidmore College in Religion and Culture, a M.A, in Jewish Studies from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, and rabbinical ordination from the Academy for Jewish Religion in New York. He served as a Jewish chaplain at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx, as rabbinic intern at Makor’s Steinhardt center and as Associate Rabbi at Mvakshe Derekh in Scarsdale, NY.
