My mother, a Lithuanian, and my father, a pre-1948 kibbutznik, raised me to have love for Judaism, awe for life and commitment to education, both as a student and as a teacher. I study Judaism with gusto. I teach Judaism with passion, humility and humor. I have taught Judaism and diverse topics in psychology at Colorado College, UCCS and Hofstra U. I am a licensed psychologist with specialties in development, marriage, family & peak performance.

Guided Meditation on Ecstatic Spirituality

Ritual & Prayer

This meditation session uses Kabbalistic symbols from Torah, Ezekiel, and the human potential movement to guide participants toward a powerful sensation of connecting with G-d, bringing an awareness of G-d into oneself with immediacy and clarity. The experience is also taught as a strategy for self-directed use after the session.
